1. What Nini is
Nini (Chinese name 呢喃) is a mobile application that creates audio recordings of children’s stories narrated in a synthetic voice built from a recording that you supply. By using Nini you agree to these terms.
2. Who may use it
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Nini is intended to be operated by a parent or guardian. Children may listen to the audio, but the account, the recordings and the payment method belong to an adult.
3. Your voice recording
- You may only upload a recording of your own voice, or a voice you have the explicit permission of the speaker to use.
- You confirm this each time you register a voice. Uploading someone else’s voice without their permission is a breach of these terms and we will remove it.
- We use the recording solely to generate story audio for your account. We do not use it to train shared models and we do not make it available to other users.
- You can delete a registered voice at any time. Deleting it stops any future narration from using it.
4. Story content
Some stories are written by an AI model from a prompt you supply. AI-written text can be wrong, odd, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reading a story before playing it to a child. You may edit any story before it is narrated. Do not submit prompts that are unlawful, hateful, sexual, or that describe a real identifiable person in a harmful way.
5. Subscriptions, trial and billing
- Nini offers a paid subscription with a 3-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID account settings.
- If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Each tier has a daily allowance measured in minutes of newly generated audio. Listening again to audio that already exists never uses allowance.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms, not by us directly.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service; do not resell it; do not use it to impersonate anyone.
7. Availability and changes
Story audio is generated on shared hardware and is normally ready within 90 minutes of being scheduled. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features; if a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
8. Liability
Nini is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Ending your account
You may delete your account from within the app. Deleting the account deletes your voice recordings and generated audio; see the Privacy Policy for retention detail. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.

1. 呢喃是什么
呢喃（英文名 Nini）是一款移动应用，它用你提供的录音合成的音色， 把儿童故事讲成音频。使用呢喃即表示你同意本条款。
2. 谁可以使用
你须年满 18 周岁并具有订立合同的能力。呢喃面向家长或监护人使用。 孩子可以收听音频，但账号、录音与支付方式属于成年人。
3. 你的语音录音
- 你只能上传你本人的声音，或已获得说话人明确许可的声音。
- 每次注册音色时你都会确认这一点。未经许可上传他人声音属于违约，我们会将其移除。
- 录音仅用于为你的账号生成故事音频。我们不用它训练共享模型，也不提供给其他用户。
- 你可以随时删除已注册的音色。删除后，之后的讲述不会再使用它。
4. 故事内容
部分故事由 AI 模型根据你提供的想法生成。AI 写出的文字可能出错、离题或不合适。 在放给孩子听之前，你有责任先读一遍。每一篇在讲述之前都可以编辑。 请不要提交违法、仇恨、色情，或以有害方式描写真实可识别个人的内容。
5. 订阅、试用与计费
- 呢喃提供含 3 天免费试用的付费订阅。购买确认时通过你的 Apple ID 收费。
- 除非在当期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订，订阅将自动续期。请在 Apple ID 账户设置中管理或取消。
- 取消后，你在已付费周期结束前仍可继续使用。
- 每一档都有按「新生成音频的分钟数」计的每日额度。重听已经生成的音频永远不占额度。
- 退款依 App Store 条款由 Apple 处理，不由我们直接处理。
6. 可接受使用
不得试图破坏、超载、逆向工程或未经授权访问本服务；不得转售；不得用于冒充他人。
7. 可用性与变更
故事音频在共享硬件上生成，通常在预约后 90 分钟内就绪。我们不保证服务不中断。 我们可能变更或下线功能；若某项变更实质性减少了你已付费的内容，会在生效前于应用内告知。
8. 责任
呢喃按「现状」提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接或后果性损失负责。 本条款不限制法律上不可限制的责任。
9. 结束账号
你可以在应用内删除账号。删除账号会删除你的语音录音与已生成的音频， 保留细节见隐私政策。对于违反本条款的账号，我们可能暂停其使用。
